The location was acceptable for my needs. It offered reasonable access to the subway.

The room temperature was not adjustable and remained cold. The tv in the room did not function, despite a notice at reception acknowledging this issue. This was disappointing after a long day.

train station helpful staff friendly receptionist car park deal

the hotel is conveniently close to the train station. reception staff promptly addressed internet issues and stored my bag for a few hours. the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, managing all customers with ease. a car park adjacent to the hotel offered a reduced rate (i got a 24-hour deal).

i noticed just one teabag in my twin room, and there was only one pancake pillow on each bed.

The room I had was rather basic. The cleanliness was subpar. It COULD have been better. My major complaint is that the curtains failed to block out light completely so the morning sun woke me up early. That wasn't ideal.

I REALLY liked the smooth check-in process. The staff were happy and made everything so easy. The location was perfect for a local gig I attended. I will definitely stay again.

The rooms need improved soundproofing, as I heard noise late at night.

I stayed at this location for four nights. the room featured an iron, a kettle. coffee makers. the bed was comfortable and blackout curtains were great. i also found the room very clean. It had plenty room to move around.

The windows didn't close properly. This caused a lot of noise, hard.
